2010 370z NISMO for sale

well, i won this through the Nissan sweepstakes, but it is a no go for the family and ever growing family we have. So the wife told me to sell it. don't want to, but i like a happy home life so my loss is your gain. This is one bad car, if you don't know them. it has basically 0 miles and the title is not signed over. so it is a brand new car. From what I have been told, this is one of the first ones (NISMO package with all the bells and whistles) to be here in the states.
If you are interested, email me and I will try to get back in touch with you over the next couple of days.
I know what this is worth, so don't blow smoke my way! If you low ball me i will not even entertain it.
Pics to come as soon as I can get them up! So stay tuned!
Oh yeah, this is for sale locally as well, so this may be gone before I can even press "enter".
I am located in Florida, so come down, buy a car, take the weekend and spend it at the beach and head on home with only a few traffic tickets in between!

fuct 07-30-2010 10:53 AM

sad..... you won the car and the wife "makes" you sell it. just sad...

good luck with the sale though.

what number is it?

tjlazer 07-30-2010 10:56 AM

The car (Nismo edition) came out in 2009 in the states as well so it's not a new thing for us. Also a lot of cars have been selling below invoice due to slow sales/the economy so keep that in mind. GLWS!

Cmike2780 07-30-2010 11:12 AM

This makes me sad

Jeffblue 07-30-2010 11:16 AM

wives FTL....

just kidding around, GLWS

HKYStormFront 07-30-2010 11:28 AM

i know at least one user on this forum who is gonna be PISSED about this post! haha

KaienZ34 07-30-2010 12:01 PM

Since you got the car free and everyone else that paid for there's and now selling has taken a hit. I would not exspect to get top dollar if i were you but good luck...

fuct 07-30-2010 02:23 PM

yea not to be a downer but if it has under 20 miles dont expect to get anything above $35k

krsplsh 07-30-2010 02:48 PM

SOLD....well, trader in

:ugh:well, I am thankful to hear that others are crying as much as I am or have been. We got a good deal though and have trader in the, the, th.......sorry it is still hard to say...but traded it for another "more practical" car. so thanks again for all of the sympathy and all of that! see you on the road!:crying:

got a good deal? you got a free 40k car. no matter what you got a good deal. What car did you end up getting?

memorylasts 07-30-2010 04:13 PM

since you won it, why dont you sell it for what you paid for the ticket to win, and if that ticket is south of $100(oh wait it was free, so i will give you $100) i will fly there right now! ;)

regardless of what it is worth, you wont see anything near that due to the fact you just punched your name in and got it.

jmlenz 07-30-2010 07:15 PM

didnt even put the color...lol

Waiz 07-30-2010 07:30 PM

This makes me sad.

I would have kept it and divorced the wife. LOL

Did you at least take a pic of it to share with us?

Jamaica 07-30-2010 07:37 PM

LMFAO......I couldn't let that go. I have pics of it in my albums. The 67 GTO is sweet. Those classic car guys are more anal then we are. They spend a lot of dough on their cars. They make me feel like a youngster. Does the GTO have matching numbers? It's going to be an expensive project depending on what you have to do to it. Make sure you're done spending on the Z. If that's possible.........Post some pics.

docaam 07-31-2010 06:22 AM

for the gf/wives I remember once from someone

"Sometimes when theyre really mad and shouting you can actually here the whistle of a BOV when they pause for a breath"

LOL

krsplsh 08-01-2010 02:30 PM

we backed out of the deal

my wife was with me and she did not like the deal the other "buyer" was going for. so she said "NO WAY!" so we have the nismo still. It is still for sale, so any takers we are up and ready to deal. It is silver, and I do have pics, but my wife has the camera, so you have to wait til the pics come in. I will load them as soon as I can.
Obviously we signed the title, so it is a "used"/new car. I know it is not worth the MSRP of it, but I do know what this thing goes for on the open market. Shoot me an offer, atleast one better than the last jerk, and we can talk from there. This thing is still for sale locally, so it can be bought anytime. I actually have some from central and south florida interested in it.
i will be back with pics and an update on the price.

Jamaica2G 08-04-2010 08:21 PM

I wish I was in the position to acquire this quick & fashionable means of transportation.

Yay florida.

and - wow, that sucks. I don't have a family, so I don't know your stress. ATM, I'm glad

Without giving the price they actually offered, how much below what your desired sale price were they offering? I'm not saying you should just dump the car to the first lowballer that comes to you, but you did get the car for FREE. any money you get from this is a total gain. If they are 2 or 3k below your number, then i understand saying know, but if we are talking 500-1000 dollars on a car that cost you nothing, it could be a little unreasonable. If Your wife is making you sell it, and then, from what it sounds like, she is being very picky on the price. How much $ were they below what you/your wife wanted?

DaveyG 08-05-2010 06:02 PM

Posting a price here might help, pics too....but by the sound of it, just have your wife make an account here and try and sell it.

+100

krsplsh 08-06-2010 12:49 PM

asking price is $37k. the pics are in my album.
also, someone in an earlier post asked me about what they were offering me at the dealer and they offered us $27k (what a joke!). so that is why we declined. i actually had my sister call them up with how much that one costs, and they quoted her $41k.
hope that answers all of the ? to this point. i will not be around for the next week or so, i got other engagements i HAVE to do.

Rogue370z 08-06-2010 01:46 PM

how many miles?

cab83_750 08-06-2010 02:19 PM

I am still wondering about your tax liability.

.... just in case i win the next one! :)

KaienZ34 08-06-2010 02:34 PM

Ok i don't know the guy or any other info on the car but here's a link to pics of the Z.

I will say you might want to actually post pics in the thread. Most people aren't going to want to have to go link/pic hunting in your albums. If you want to hook them they want to see it here. Especially when you're asking what you are... Thats pretty high honestly. Considering you haven't paid anything for the car so it would be straight profit. Just a thought that people looking at your asking price will consider...

You know honestly you aren't going to find anybody to buy it at $37k. They list for $41k, but you can get them from dealers for about $36k for a 2010. Adding to the fact that it's technically a used vehicle no matter how many miles, your realistic asking price should be somewhere around $34k and it will sell fast on Autotrader or whatever. I might not mention it was free, or people aren't going to want to give you its actual value.

specZ 08-06-2010 04:26 PM

wow, still no pics on said $37k vehicle. Something tells me this sale is not going to be quick and smooth.:shakes head:

Robert_Nash 08-09-2010 05:29 PM

$37,000 for a used (regardless of the "miles" on the odom) car with a maximum MSRP south of $41,300 is not realistic - 10% under MSRP is simply not a good deal for a buyer; not in today's market; NISMOs just aren't that difficult to come by if that's what a person wants.

Waiz 08-09-2010 05:35 PM

This thread is hella fishy

The sweepstakes ended June 28th and your join date was a few days after that time and now your pics that you
posted shows your Z with plates. Unless the Florida DMV works 10X faster than every other DMV.....Hmmmmmmmm

Good catch - that had to have been really fast since, if I recall correctly, the actual, legal delivery was done through a Nashville dealership (where the vehicle was physically delivered could have been somewhere else).

In his original post he said the title hadn't been signed over yet...I'd say that had to have changed if tags have been issued.

The rules of the sweepstakes stated that the car would be picked up at ZCON:

6. Prizes: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A 2010 NISMO 370Z and a trip for two (2) to the 23rd
Annual International Z Car Convention in Franklin, TN, to take delivery of the Grand Prize.

So unless he has a time machine I'm not sure how he was able to have it plated in Florida in only a few days.

NIZMOZ 08-09-2010 07:12 PM

The car was sitting in the lobby at the convention hotel in Nashville. So no way he picked it up early. So a bit confused on this.
