If you mean the aero lower lip, No....It's part of the sport package and stays with the car...

The black is the unpainted Bumper material...Will not chip or flake

Base model + sport package

All stock parts available (except shift knob/boot)

Nope....I (and many here) like the black-out look. Sorry you don't! Personally I think it makes the front look more aggressive, and slims the bulbous lines of the rear a bit. Since that pic, I've also blacked out my Stillen cannister for a very clean look..
