Odo, not sure of exact mileage but it's 29-31K miles or so. It's impractical for me to get an exact figure, and mostly irrelevant as many of the miles are on track/autocross or even the dyno.
Original transmission and motor, correct.
Clean title. This car could technically be made street legal and licensed, no prob.
