Take this for what it's worth, but when I put the PPE Long tube race headers on my car, the butt dyno said there was a loss in power from 2.5-4k RPM, but the real dyno said it picked up power. The others' advice about clearing the learned fuel data via battery disconnect is a good idea, you gotta drive it hard afterwards though if you want the ECU to adjust properly.
