I bought the Blizzak WS80s on 4 squares (225/50 R18) which came as a recommendation from tirerack as the best performance setup for snow. This far we have not had much snow this season in Chicago, but the one time we did the Z felt really solidly planted and produced very little slippage.
What I did notice, is that you have to be very careful with the rear wheels spinning with the narrow tires. Both the wifey and I have spun out our first times before getting used to the new setup. It's kind of a bummer because you can't really step on the gas off the line for fear of shredding the tires! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
