Normally they widen from the inside only, but depending on the wheel they can widen to the outside also, it coats more though, because they have to grind the welds

Normally they widen from the inside only, but depending on the wheel they can widen to the outside also, it coats more though, because they have to grind the welds flush, since they are extending the lip.


In my case, I wanted 18" track wheels and couldn't find anything that worked at A reasonable price, so I made my own. $1400 total for the set and they are forged and weigh under 20 pounds each
