The difference in size should not cause issues with the ECU, but you will be going faster than what is displayed on your speedo. @ 65 MPH displayed you will be going 66.4. You might want to drop the tires down to 35 fronts and 30 rears, so your displayed speed is slower than your actual speed, in case you have a run in with a speed trap.
