4 threads seem a bit bare IMO. However that shouldn't be the reason your lugs are coming loose. If take them off and brush off the coating on the lugs

4 threads seem a bit bare IMO. However that shouldn't be the reason your lugs are coming loose. If take them off and brush off the coating on the lugs (they should be flaking after your first torque) that are in contact with the rim so you have a clean contact patch. That should help give you the most locking friction. But I would still look into longer studs because 4 thread engagements are worrisome.
