 My advice is have it professionally done if you don't want to wait for new rims. The challenge with wheel touch up - There is no off-the-shelf paint for the Hypersilver color. I believe it will always need to be custom mixed. The challenge is that it has a black undercoating and is hard to match the right color silver on top. Your average touch up paint will leave some paint blobs. See my example - I almost got the tone right but would have been better off with an airbrush or rattle cans. Wheel is perfect now that I had it professionally redone. |
