I agree with Joe. I also track, and if you think your tires are holding you back, then you are pushing way to hard or have a bad driving line. I run on street KDW2s, and I can pass people on slicks with more power without any issues. You know why? Because I am a better driver, and know where my limits of the car and tires are and use proper APEX and driving styles.
The stock tires are actually not bad at all for the track. Just learn to drive better. |
