I found this very interesting.. Basically you just spray onto the wheel and the chemicals from the tire shine bond with the plastidip to give you a gloss/powder coated finished. HERE IS THE BEFORE - STANDARD BLACK PLASTI-DIP  HERE IS THE AFTER- TIRE SHINE   More Shots Of Matte Black w/Tire shine   Good for anyone thats over the look of the matte and want that gloss finish but still want to be able to remove the Plasti-dip whenever you want. Saves a lot of money compared to powdercoating the rim. $6 (x2) + $12.99 vs $100 per rim.
