Default Non-staggered 18" winter setup help

Hey guys,

I have the sport package and I'm thinking of a dedicated 225/50/18 all around setup for winter. I realize looks will suffer a bit but I can live with this.

Do you know if using the OEM Nissan base front wheel (18x8) all around is possible? I've read that the OEM 18" wheels cleared the sport package brakes but I assume that was the staggered setup - any reason why the front 18" wheels on the rear would cause problems?

Were people able to confirm proper VDC operation with exact same outer diameter tires on all 4 corners?

Tx

18's will look too small on the car.
