They will do an acid bath to eliminate all paint down to the metal and will buff light sand the rash marks also powder coating is a fairly thick layer of paint so it would hide any minor imperfections as well.

Is this all you have? Find a quality mobile rim repair service. I'd never redo my wheels for that little bit of rash. Check out the link on my previous post. :thumbup:

Thats all the damage, yes. But the other rims have marks here and there that I want to have powdercoated away.

For a quality shop it shouldn't be a problem the acid bath and sand blast will eliminate most of that
