I have been toying with the idea of getting rims ( volk te37) but I can't decide if should get 18, 19 or 20s. My car is a Dailey driver

I have been toying with the idea of getting rims ( volk te37) but I can't decide if should get 18, 19 or 20s. My car is a Dailey driver and I have coilovers that I'm going to be putting so the car is going to be lowered about 1.5in. Also what kind of offset is best?

18 too small.
20 too big
19 just right.

But aren't tires for 19s more expensive?
