Regarding Curb rash - I think another thing to take into consideration is where you drive. When I was living in the south (Atlanta + northern burbs GA)we had wide streets and strip mall parking everywhere. Nobody parked on the street so no curb rash. I move to a big city where on street parking is the norm and behold the evil curb rash appears more frequently.
On the bright side for the OP at least you didn't curb a super nice aftermarket rim. Hey another option for you is don't get the wheel fixed. Don't worry about curbing the others and take them to get powercoated/repaired in a few years. |
