I just purchased some wheels with the anticipation the powder coating shop in my area didn't have their heads shoved up their asses... I was wrong. Can wheels be painted

Can wheels be painted and be as durable as powder coat? Durable = paint not chipping off when tires are mounted? Any advice, different options would be greatly appreciated! __________________ Berk HFC & CBE, Stillen G3's, AMS Crank Pulley, JWT Flywheel, 4.08 Gears, UpRev, H&R Springs and 20mm Spacers, JDM Rear Fog, EVO-R Front Lip and CF Upper Cover, 305's
