Default Tire blown ?

Hey guys I know there's probably a thread on this already tried to search but no luck. See if someone had something similar happen to you. While I was in the highway earlier today I started feeling a shaking so as I pulled over seen the inner side of the tire wall separated from the tire. I just tough I had low air or a flat. The tire had air and has been fine now I only had the tires for about I say 3500 miles is there any warranty on these or something that can help ? I really want to try to save the 400 dollar retail now the bad part I got the tries and wheels from a forum member so I do not have the receipt =(( the tire is Bridgestone potenza RE050A with Nismo wheels any help thanks in advanced. Here's some pics

ive not seen the RE050A's do this yet, but it could've been low psi by you or the previous owner that might have caused this.

i would just get a new tire, but call or write to bridgestone customer support and send them a pict to see what they say.

Did you buy them used? How were they stored if so? If you read on the outside of the tire, there will be an 11 character letter/number sequence called the D.O.T. number. The last 4 numbers will be the production date of the tire. But honestly to me it looks like horrendous camber or toe wear or very low psi like stated earlier. Hard to say.

that kinda damage will occur if the tire is driven flat to the point where the sidewall gets destroyed/weakened. Unfortunately no dealer will warranty this for you since tires are not covered. Once you got a tire light to show up, how long did it take to feel shaking?

That looks like damage due to low air pressure, but you can always try to see if the manufacturer will cover it due to a possible manufacturing defect. It's worth a shot (albeit a long one).

Unfortunately, no 2nd hand tires carry a warranty. Best of luck to you though!

the camber wear doesnt look that bad, but if they are under inflated i can see a possibility of them wearing out and breaking. still though, ive never seen anything that bad.

best of luck

Did you at any point check the tire pressure with a gauge, or did you just rely on TPMS?

Ok, good. Then it's not a pressure issue. Just making sure you weren't relying on the TPMS system.
