Street tires won't be the same after you track them.

I happen to have precisely this experience this week, as I drove my Z at COTA last weekend. My Z is my DD and had never seen track previously. My Nitto Invos aren't any different other than maybe being about 2/32 less tread than before the track. Having been through more than one pair of these same tires, I can affirm that their performance has not been altered from what I would expect for their current tread depth. I should have gotten an alignment prior to the track, but I didn't (so it's been 3-4 months since my last one). I went ahead and got one on Wednesday and found everything to be fine except for my rear toe. The front was also barely within tolerance. No issues whatsoever (except that I need an oil cooler if I want to do any sort of sustained track event )
