Had a problem with one of my HR replacement studs too. Guy at tire shop couldn't take 1 front lug nut off because the stud was spinning with it. Luckily my buddy and I were able to remove it. Ended up replacing all studs with the Nismo extended for good measure. And you're right... unlike the oems, it only took one blow for each of the HR studs to come off.
