Nismo vs Sport - why same tire in front, but not in rear?

I believe the 285's will fit just fine on the 19x10 wheel, so I have to assume its simply that they gave the Nismo a bit more rubber in the

I believe the 285's will fit just fine on the 19x10 wheel, so I have to assume its simply that they gave the Nismo a bit more rubber in the back for better traction (i.e., another "upgrade" feature for the Nismo).

The fronts are less of an issue, as its the rears doing all the grunt work.
