How much tire size can I increase on the stock 18' wheel

I see plenty of threads that owners go to 305 and 265 for the 19' rays. I am about to change tires soon and wondering how much I can increase

I am about to change tires soon and wondering how much I can increase on my stock 18' From the factory it comes with 225-50-18 front and 245-45-18 rear Thanks
