I got a flat tire this am.. the tires have about 19.5 K miles on it.. should I try to get it fixed or should I look at replacing both

I have a base model and I do not plan to get any extra performance tires when its time.. just something that will be safe. Driving on the spare is I will post a picture of the tire shortly.
