tire rubbing?

I installed some 25mm spacers all around, its been 1k miles and i think its rubbing. So what's been happening is that when i steer right, it would give me

So what's been happening is that when i steer right, it would give me a squeaky sounding and the front driver side wheel would vibrate, worse at high speed, been worsening recently. I took the wheel off and one part of the inner tire wall was scratched up, about 3 inches long, just that one part though. Am I correct on the diagnose?
