SS hands down. I guess you DD your Z which is why your considering an All season tire but here is the deal. A summer tire is made for one thing dry traction and that's what it does perfectly, you do get some wet traction but dry is where its at. The summer tire is useless in the snow and dangerous at temps below freezing. And all season sounds like the good choice cause it does everything but it does not do everything perfect it does them decently. It wont handle snow as good as a snow tire and it wont handle as well as a summer tire in the dry.
