You would know because there would be an arrow on the sidewall the way the tire would rotate (directional) if they were. Also the way the tread would be. If

You would know because there would be an arrow on the sidewall the way the tire would rotate (directional) if they were. Also the way the tread would be. If you’re trying to rotate side to side you can't. Let alone front to back since staggered. Why do you ask?
