Even with that set up I was running a ton of negative camber, and while it looked sick parked and driving, it just was not practical for a daily driven vehicle. About half of my 12" wheel actually made contact with the road surface. Not only that the tires were stretched. Mildly but still stretched. I want to run around a 35 and 40 series respectively. My current set up is 19X9.5 +12 and 19X11.5 +11 and they fit perfectly. I'll be going to a 265/40/19 in the front and a 305/35/19 or possibly a 315 in the rear. My goal is to keep the suspension within factory spec for camber and have a meatier tire set up. While the "hellaflush" looks cool its not functional on any level, especially for a sports car IMO. But to each their own, I tried it and decided against it. As far as Strasse as a product and company I have no complaints, they are quality and Mike (Bullit@UAM) gave me lots of information. Even though I didn't buy the wheels from him ( they were his old wheels though). I would suggest talking to him, letting him know what your needs are ie daily driver looks track etc and figuring out what set up is best for you. Offsets are everything to get the right fitment and not rub, and achieve the look and function you're going for.
Those are really tall tires.
