I have yet to find one that actually does what they say they will. This is ridiculous and honestly I would have just found a lawyer to deal with it. I cant believe the GM of a company would even text you updates, and even worse using the grammar he did. Sorry to hear this man. I hope they fix it. I will never purchase wheels from them. Sadly that "No purchase" list is getting long.
