Default New wheels and tires= Questions

It's time to get new tires so I'm thinking of getting new wheels also, and I need some advice on the fitment. I've never bought wheels for a car before and after looking around on the site think I have most of the details worked out, but still have a few questions.

Here's the basic's:
2010 Base with 18's - regular brakes -staying with 18's
Tires considering - BF Goodrich G-Force Sprt Comp-2's
(f)245/45/18
(r)275/40/18
Wheels - TSW Interlagos Matte Black
(f)18x8.5 or 18X9, and possibly even 18x9.5
(r)18x10.5

No drop yet but considering something mild to close the gap from the tire to the fender without compromising alignment once have wheels and tires set up.

My question is what would be the best front wheel width to run, and then what it the best offset for pushing out the tires a bit front and back. I just want to get the wheels and tires as flush with the fender as I can. A little outside the fender is not bad but I don't want a super wide tire sticking out. I don't want to use spacers to get width either, and I want something that will work with a conservative spring based drop without clearance issues.

My understanding is that I will need hub centric spacers to fit the wheels, and tuner type lug nuts as well to round out the set up. Please let me know if I have missed anything I might need to do the swap.

As I stated I looked around and have called a few places and have the basic idea of what I want, but am very confused on the whole offset issue and what the best width front wheel to run to get the tires to sit flush. Any suggestions or comments that could help would be appreciated.

Need to know if youre gonna drop the car at all and by how much. If stock height then Id stay in the mid to low +20ish range for the front and teens in the back. If dropped Id go lower offsets.

**didnt see that youre not going with a drop / 18x9.5 and 18x10.5 is what I would do / spacers can help once the setup is on the car. looks like you have everything good luck with it all**
