How do you clean the plasti dip wheels? my front wheels were filthy from brake dust and really hard to clean so I peeled them off and will try pasti

How do you clean the plasti dip wheels? my front wheels were filthy from brake dust and really hard to clean so I peeled them off and will try pasti dip + gloss enhancer
