That is the NISMO setup. Many people have this with the normal 370's. No issues without spacers.

One_Quick_Z 03-31-2012 03:55 AM

Getting 255/35 295/30 AD08's put on stock sport rays later this week on wednesday I will post pics when complete.

grip is amazing from a dig and they are perfect for turns & corners. So much better than the stock tires

TypeOne 04-04-2012 11:17 AM

Just put 305/30s on the rear... now time for 275s up front!

Don't have any pics of it right now, but will soon. ;-)

That's impressive. Post some pictures. I see some in your profile but the pictures are all too far away to get a good idea of the 345 massiveness.

wheee! 04-04-2012 03:56 PM

How much of it is still touching the ground too!? :icon14:

W.O.W. 370Z 04-04-2012 04:08 PM

More than the setups with 305s in the rear with 3-4 degrees camber!!:stirthepot:

I got less camber than that with 345s.

It's all about the offsets. I am just saying!

The rims came in last night just before I left for work. So I got the tires mounted on the rims this morning. The lug nuts just came. So I will put the rims and tires on the Z tomorrow morning.

I got 245 front and 275 rears.............on the base 18" wheels :p

You got the wrong size profile tires and screwed up your gearing and speedometer, you think lowering it will fix that? lol

wrong size? that's like a perfect combo, both side walls from front to back are about the same size.
and please enlighten me on how it will screw up the gearing, didn't know tires changed your gear ratio :bowrofl:

Boost_lee 04-06-2012 01:09 AM

lol I think he meant effective gear ratio. Now that, tire size does come into play a bit. With the shorter tire on the 295/30, gears will be shorter, granted not by much.

Top of 4th on the 275/35 is 126.44mph
Top of 4th on the 295/30 is 123.53mph

simota1 04-06-2012 03:11 AM

hey guys.... i need a lil help.... i want to run a hella meaty tire set up on my z.... my rims right now are
