Default Wheel lock options for OEM sport rays's, need help please!!!

2 weeks ago 2 of my rims were stolen, I need more protection than just the Nissan wheel locks
Options
1 find a garage on Craigslist ( no luck )
2 move to a location that offers a garage and eat it in the rent ($1600 and no pets)
3 I purchased 4 theft deterrent wheel boots that block lug nut access. (Already got it an sent it back b/c you can still get at the lugs with a curved lug nut remover)
(PitBull Combo Set)
4 thinking about swapping the fist boot for this (The UniBull) but the limit is 255MM so it will only work for the 2 front tires not the rear b/c they are to wide
5 custom alarm system will be installed tomorrow after I pick up the car from Nissan (price $1000) tilt/glass/motion sensor, electronic siren, 2 way remote, back up battery, 2 bright LED's, interior Siren, stickers
6 multiple wheel locks and keys per wheel on top of the dealership OEM

Options need help with these wheel locks

My first choice is
KYO-EI DENCY 2000 LOCK NUTS (KYO-EI - Dency 2000 Lock Nuts - Nengun Performance)

Second choice is Gorilla Automotive 63621 Standard Mag Guard Locks (12mm x 1.25 Thread Size) - Pack of 4

(Home Page > ECS News > Euro Lock Wheel Locks)

Decided to go with these wheel locks, the price was right! 2 set's of Gorilla locks acorn design @ $11
(http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00..._ya_os_product)

Then I will also get the KICSdency 2000 as soon as I find out that they defiantly fit the
OEM sports wheel, expensive though $150

Locks will not prevent someone from stealing your wheels, it will only slow them down.

If it's really a problem just get an alarm that has a paging function and that way at least you know right away is someone is messing with your car.

Are you sure you can use the acorn style locks?

Are these the right wheel locks?

If I'm not mistaken, only the flat washer type lugs will work on the OEM sport package wheels.

I agree with that. I went to a tire place because I had a screw in my RR tire and they looked like they were performing surgery. They had to get a thin walled socket to get in there without jacking up my rim. They tried 2 or 3 different ones. Then, after all that, they took forever to remove the lock. If someone does steal them, they would definitely jack up the rim in the process. I guess if a thief is willing to do that, and they happen to have the right tools, keep it! I'd rather them take the rim than mutilating them. Hopefully having the locks is enough to deter them.

Ok so I cancelled my order on amazon for the gorilla acorn 61621 wheel locks (Gorilla Automotive Products - Lug Nuts, Wheel Locks, Auto Security, Wheel Accessories) thank you for your advice. But, can any one make a recommendation on what wheel locks to go with other that the dealer/McGards type?

something other than the rebranded McGards
Does anyone have part No's for alternate manufacturer's wheel locks that are compatible with the 19" Rays? (Flat Washer Style Wheel Lock). Maybe Gorilla...

I've been going through as many threads about wheel locks as I can find, (both here and on a G37 forum). It seems like these 12 x 1.25 hybrid mag & washer w/ the tapered (gorilla calls 'acorn') tips and the correct diameter shaft are difficult to find in a lock from anyone other than the Nissan-rebranded-McGards. And too many people have said those are too easy to take off, so I'm looking to add another layer of protection.

And yes, any experienced wheel thief can etc. etc.

Just looking for another layer of protection is all.

Many thanks

Shortly after I put the 2 different sets of wheel lock on each wheel, I did also get an alarm with a paging function/phone notification via txt message/tilt sensor. The alarm lets you set 3 perimeters if the car ever moves from a set location I get a text message on my phone. I can also track the car with my smart phone via built in gps in the alarm. I sleep better now with the pager near my bed along with a bat lol ;-)
Thank you for all the good advice!
The alarm is an auto page HC3

Default Wheel locks update

So I just purchased a used set of NISMO wheels, I intend to use the gorilla guard 63621 wheel locks standard mag that I had for my sport rays. Should work! Wish me luck, also I changed alarms from auto page to compustar same features, tilt sensor, glass sensor, 1 mile pager signal, with alerts on my phone with the DRONE!
