Coz i would like to have those wheels in 19''x8,5'' +45 front and 19''x9,5'' +19 for rear.
The problem is that Tenzo dealer told me that it would not wit on my 370z because of the size of the brake caliper??

I'm quiet sure they are wrong, and i would like to have a confirmation with a picture.

Thanks for help, would be much appreciated.
The front +45 offset is to high and doesn't have enough back pad to clear the calipers. A +15 to +20 is ideal. Even if they did clear the calipers the wheels would tuck way under the fenders and not look right.

The stock 18" wheels are 18x8 +43 so they will not stick in. They will actually come out a little further than the stock 18" wheels. As poster stated his country will not allow for the wheels to be a lower offset.
