I have stock 19 inch rim and tires and lowered with 1.5 (f)/1.3 (r) inches. In this case, what spacers should I go with if I don't want to rub

spacer question

I have stock 19 inch rim and tires and lowered with 1.5 (f)/1.3 (r) inches.
In this case, what spacers should I go with if I don't want to rub my fender?
I measured with my ruler and 10mm/15mm will put it in a danger situation, or I may be wrong.
I'm open to any opinions! Thanks!
