Anyone ever Plastidip wheels before?

Did you buy clear coat spray or did you buy clear plasti dip? There is a big difference between the two. We tried putting clear coat on plasti dip this past Saturday and it makes it MUCH harder to remove. It's not impossible, but will take a lot longer and be more of a PITA. The clear coat will make it look more glossy, but don't expect anything amazing IMO. If your going to try though, definitely let us know how it goes.

Also, clear plasti dip is just that. It's not a clear coat, just plasti dip rubber with no color to it. If you put that over the white plasti dip, it won't do anything but add another layer of rubber on top and will probably make the white look worse. Before you do any of this, do what I did. Test it out on something other than your car first. After that, test it on a small part of your car. You could try doing like one spoke of one wheel or something. This way you can find out what works and what doesn't. It would be a lot easier to pull the plasti dip off one spoke than an entire wheel.
