No. You need to have a 5x114.3 bolt pattern. 18x8 is going to look terrible... I suggest a 19x9 +20/+25 for the front and 19x10 +10/+15 in the rear for

I suggest a 19x9 +20/+25 for the front and 19x10 +10/+15 in the rear for something that is going to look nice and not cause any rubbing issues. You could run that same width and offset in an 18 and it might not look bad.
