yeah, the CE28N TME edition is discontinued. It was once very very popular but I think it sort of got play out.
Right now you can still do quite a bit of custom color (see here) CE28N custom color options: http://rays-msc.com/wheels/img/ColorChartRef.jpg and also, formula silver with polish lip OR the Japanese Time Attach version: white with red trim.
