Not the 10mm bolt that was on your brake rotor, you can take that off. In behind the brake rotor and caliper is where the wheel speed sensor attaches to the hub. The sensor is plastic and held by a 10mm bolt. There should have been no reason to touch it but someone may have hit it inadvertently.
