Sounds like one of the wheel speed sensors got damaged when they were replacing the studs. You will see the wire coming down near the brake hose and it is held in the control arm by a little 10mm bolt.
Don't worry about the TPMS sensors, has no effect other than the flashing light.

If the sensor wire is damaged then it needs to be replaced. You can see if it is throwing a code to see if that is what it is. If you turn the front wheels all the way left or right you might be able to see the wire without taking the wheel off.

Not the 10mm bolt that was on your brake rotor, you can take that off. In behind the brake rotor and caliper is where the wheel speed sensor attaches to the hub. The sensor is plastic and held by a 10mm bolt. There should have been no reason to touch it but someone may have hit it inadvertently.

The one on the rotor I think is a 12mm, it is pretty easy to remove, shouldn't even need to step on the brake if you have enough leverage.
