I have been contacted by a person named Kevin from the retail department at VIP-Status. He said he would handle issuing me a refund for my deposit. Maybe Kevin is the guy that can get things done over there. We'll see. I'll let you guys know how it turns out. To those of you that actually get their wheels, congratulations and I hope you are happy with them. 7-1/2 months for nothing. What a colossal waste of my time, not to mention the aggravation.
