tires feel like they wont turn

hey i was wondering if someone can help me before i go take my truck to a shop and waste money i dont got ..everytime i turn my wheels it feels like the front ones dont wanna turn and if i keep turning them they wont go or just fall off.and also make a noise like im burning rubber when i do turn.please help im a 30 yr old female with no men to ask and really dont have the cash to go get it looked at ..thanks


let me fix the statement a lil,so i was driving out the driveway and im turning the wheels and it felt like it didnt wanna turn.then when i do go on it makes a noise like im stopping y breaks hard or like rubber strecthing,please help i will try power steering but it says its full..
