No, they bought new lug keys and have a contract with a local brake shop to attempt to get the old lugs off. I'm just concerned about them jacking up my rims and wanted to see what people here thought about getting the broken lug off and compare how they plan to do it.

If they do jack up my rims, they'll be paying for it one way or another. Normally, is it kosher to use an air gun on keyed lugs? Like any other lug nuts, I'm sure they have an optimal torque setting, but I they think just were being lazy.
