No, they bought new lug keys and have a contract with a local brake shop to attempt to get the old lugs off. I'm just concerned about them jacking up my rims and wanted to see what people here thought about getting the broken lug off and compare how they plan to do it.

If they do jack up my rims, they'll be paying for it one way or another. Normally, is it kosher to use an air gun on keyed lugs? Like any other lug nuts, I'm sure they have an optimal torque setting, but I they think just were being lazy.

If anyone goes near my wheels with an impact wrench or air gun, I politely ask them not to as I'm never far away from my Z when it's being worked on. It's because of those that we get stripped/over-torqued lugnuts or scratched wheels.

As for the removal of it, I'm not really sure how they will... Do you have any pics of it? I would recommend taking some of the wheel before they do it so if in the event they do scratch it they can't pull the whole "oh it was already there" defense.

Do you have the correct locking lugs? If you have the wrong locks then it wasn't their fault, it was going to break no matter what.

They are the stock rims and lugs.

Yes, dealers have been putting these on new cars. Sadly they don't read the tech bulletins. You're dealer is now responsible for the repair.
