Wheel Offset Discussion Thread... How far can we go?

Want some opinions before I order a new set, I want to run 285 35 19 front and 325 30 19 rear, I've seen the nismo wheels hold these sizes

Should the nismo offsets be the best option or is anyone running something similar but better?
