Wheel Offset Discussion Thread... How far can we go?

Looking for some advice. I'm looking to get a set of Gramlights 57FXX in 19 9.5 and 19 10.5. I have no idea on what offset I should go with.

I have no idea on what offset I should go with. I currently have stock sport Rays with 15mm spacers in the front and 20mm in the rear.
