Bump???? For my previous post?1

Wheels would be WedsSport sa55m 19/9.5/10.5 +15 with 255's up front and 305s in rear... and again I am dropped on Stance but only a mild one still in reasonable camber settings...

I am guessing that it will fit based on everyones answers to other similar setups, but anyone have opinions on a 19X10.5 +35 front fitment running a 275/35 tire?

Trying to match up the lip sizes on front and rear rims. The TE 9.5 +12 and the G2 10.5 +35 fronts are the only options.

Running the 9.5 +12 would require too much suspension mods versus the drop springs that I have. Laws here get a little tricky when running major suspension mods, i.e. coilovers.

Thoughts??

Wheel and tire advise

Ok experts. Need your input on the following:

Front 19x9.5 +20. 245/40/19
Rear. 19x11 +18. 295/30/19:t

Stock height.

Will this work? Appreciate your inputs. Thanks in advance.:tiphat:

Yes, it will. You will need to run camber in the rear.

Mike

ZRoland 07-24-2011 11:25 AM

Thank you. What camber spec do you suggest. Will need camber rear arms?

bullitt5897 07-24-2011 07:55 PM

It would be a safe bet at stock height to invest in them. also your looking at -2.7~-2.8 camber rear max

ZRoland 07-24-2011 08:13 PM

Thanks. Which would you recommend?

bullitt5897 07-27-2011 09:05 AM

SPC camber arms have always worked great for me in the past and I continue to use them.

ZRoland 07-27-2011 09:37 PM

Ok. Just ordered pair. Thanks!!!

FreshFish 08-04-2011 12:40 AM

Based on the limited sizing options I have in the works a 19x9.5 +14 and 19x11 +5. I am entertaining the option of 19x10 +8 and 19x11 +0 for more aggressive styling (widest lip in the rear).... me thinks theres gonna be a lot of camber around all corners. Should I play it safe and sacrifice some lippage or go for the gusto?

probally not much if at all, i think he can stay at the high end of within spec. , im running a 285/30/19 on a 19x10.5 -3 with -2 degrees. no rubbing, 15mm is alot to play with

Damangler 08-22-2011 01:00 PM

I just got in a set of 20x9.5 +10 and 20x10.5 +0 , Tires are 255/30/20 and 305/25/20. I have some BC br coil's that are going to be installed, question is will I need to get front camber arms? I have rear spc arms already so the rear should be safe.

ryann.mendoza 08-30-2011 02:18 AM

enkei pf01 18x9.5 +15 and 18x10.5 +15. lowered on swift springs. no camber kits up front or rear. would this fit? please recommend me tires. thanks

The offset's a tad aggressive for stock height.

Something close to 19x9.5 +32 and 19x11 +22 in terms of offset. The Nismo has 19x10.5 rear wheels with 285/35R19 size tires. If you go with a 11" wheel, you should find a 285 to 305 tire with the appropriate overall diameter. For the front, find a 255 to 275 tire to better match with the rears (to reduce the size differential between the front and rear...so that it doesn't add understeer).

Ni55anPat 11-22-2011 10:38 AM

Anybody running a +10 front ? I'm slammed and currently running a 235-35-18 and wanna go bigger. My rear is a 265-30-19 with a -20 offset

20X9.5+22 & 20X10.5+31

PCD -5x114.3

Will these fit my Z? gonna have to put some temporary wheel before having my dream wheels:tup:

corbin09 12-07-2011 10:03 AM

They will fit... You may want to run a spacer in the rear to match the fronts a little bit more.

20x10.5 +20

Thanks very much for your time dude. I was a bit worried as I have read a view threads and it was saying that you needed +30 etc for the offset.

So + 17 at fronts and +18 at rears are all good. Your 370z looks great.... I love your wheels mate

FRONT-
Flush for the 370z would be roughly like a 9.5 +22
aggressive would be 9.5 +12

Rear
Flush for the 370z rear 10.5+12
Aggressive would be 10.5 +0

Above are just rough widths and offsets that you can vary slightly i put a link below to an offset calculator so you can punch in your before offset and widths and then the new offsets and it will tell you if it will extend or sink in and XX amount of millimeters. :) ENJOY

Wheel Offset Calculator

Tires on a 9 inch width you could run a 255/35/19 or 265/35/19 (which i believe keeps the same diameter as the stock tire
Tires on a 10.5 inch width you could run a 285/35/19 or a 305/30/19 (depends on if you want wide or really wide)

Hey guys I think I am way confused on offsets. I am looking at Volk GT30
20x9.5 +23 in the front and 20x10+24 in the rear. Will this work?

Yes those will actually not be overly aggressive either. The front will be close to flush and the rear will be sunk in slightly.

Flush would be 9.5 +15 to +22
Flush for rear would be 10.5 +12 to +0

Quick tidbit of info. The lower the number the more it will poke out. If it goes into the negatives it will become an even more aggressive offset. It also has to do with the width for instance a

10.5 width +0 offset would be equivelent to an 11 width +6 offset.

Does that help at all? if so give me some REP :)

Sweet that's what I was thinking but the more I read this thread the less confident I got.

Grouch37 01-25-2012 05:15 PM

I recently sold my G35 and am excited about buying a 370Z. I kept my Volk SF Winning wheels (19x9.5 +19 front and 19x10.5 +17 rear) and would like to know if they will fit. It sounds like I will be fine in the rear (might need a 5mm spacer to be flush), but will I be ok in the front? The tires are Falken FK-452 (245/35 front and 275/35 rear). Does it matter if I buy with the Sport package or not (clearance on brake calipers)?

OMGWTFBBQ 01-25-2012 05:18 PM

Those wheels/tires will work just fine on the Z with or without the sport package.

That's great news! I did not want to sell my Volks! What are your recommendations for spacers? Will I need to install extended studs for the spacers you recommend?

Go with a 15MM spacer in the rear. Most spacers will come with lug studs built in so those will act as your new studs your wheel mounts on and your stock studs will link up to the spacer and you will install like a wheel with 5 lugnuts to hold it on.

To get the similar look you had on your G35 with the +17 which was a fairly agressive setup you will need at least a 10MM spacer for it to look aggressive. To see a +0 setup google Varstoen rims they make a knockoff TE37 but they make it in a +0 and you can get the idea of basically how your rim would look with a 15MMZ spacer.

Hope this helps!

Sorry for the rant!

370Z JT 01-27-2012 11:21 PM

Need some help. Not sure if I should get a 5mm or 10mm front spacer to match the aggressive of the rears. The rears are poking while the front sits flush. What size spacer should I get for the front to match the rears?

20X9.5 +25mm (-1.75 deg camber)
20X11 +8mm (-1..2 deg camber)

dropped on swifts.

I say go for 20mm. That makes the offset be +5 thus balances the poke at the back.

Thank you for the rundown! I wasn't sure if the front wheel setup would be good for the car. I heard they would stick out too far! But I guess I could just push out the rear wheel setup like you noted. Thanks again!
