Does anyone have any intel for this setup, does it rub, best tires for this setup, camber changes, etc? I juts bought a setup like this but haven't put them on yet... any help is appreciated

Anyone running 18s ???

shadow85 10-05-2016 10:08 PM

Going to be buying my new wheels soon.

What offset do I need on front and rears if I want a nice aggressive look with no camber adjustment on

19x10 F
19x11 R

Or

20x10 F
20x11 R

Basically like the Z at the bottom of this page with the same wheels:

Vertini Wheels | Wheels | RF1.2

cooltoy 10-05-2016 11:22 PM

Are you lowered?

cooltoy 10-05-2016 11:35 PM

By the way the car you are pointing to is fitted with 20x9 +20 and 20x10.5 Vertini Dark Knights.

shadow85 10-06-2016 01:32 AM

Wow, are you saying on the Vertini RF1.2 product page they are showing pics of different model wheels??

And no I am not lowered at all yet. Completely stock 2015 Z atm.

I was deciding between these wheels and the Rohana RF1, possibly RF2. Which ever of the wheels will be lighter or give the best performance.

cooltoy 10-06-2016 09:56 AM

My bad, I was confused by the pictures in this thread. Same car, different wheels.

http://www.the370z.com/parts-sale-pr...k-knights.html

But I am pretty sure it is the same car. He was probably sponsored by Vertini or something. Maybe PM him and ask what the specs were on the RF's that he used in the photoshoot. My guess they would be similar to the ones he has on the DK's.

Any feedback would be appreciated, looking to buy a wheel and tire package for the z next year, trying to get a nice flush look maybe very slightly aggressive, im looking at 19x9.5 +22 for the front and 19x10.5 +22 for the rear, im running a 20mm spacer in the rear to sit flush now so im assuming that will make it +2 in the rear which i think would be flush? im not sure. im running 18x8 +20 for the front and 18x9 +15 on the rear right now with the 20mm spacer, im also on eibach springs so im dropped about an inch, thanks in advance for any input

OptionZero 11-02-2016 04:27 PM

rears are way more aggressive than the fronts

throw your spacers away

buy some used te37's in the sizes that everybody runs that doesn't want to do any work
19x9.5 +22 front, 19x10.5 +12 rear

Da370z 11-04-2016 09:29 AM

Nice! thanks for the feedback. and yes thats my goal is to get rid of the spacers completely, what size tires would you recommend? i was thinking 265/40 fronts and 295/35 in the rears

OptionZero 11-04-2016 01:57 PM

stock tire height is around 26.7 and 26.9 inches, so use a tire height calculator and get in that ballpark depending on whether you want 19 or 20's

Da370z 11-07-2016 01:06 PM

will do, thanks for the help!

OptionZero 01-14-2017 11:58 PM

We've come a long way since this thread started and folks thought 9.5 and 10.5 inches F/R were aggressive

Let's push the boundaries!

20x11 +15 front
20x12 +20 rear

Yea I tried the wheels and the rears fit perfect.
The fronts hit the caliper just so slightly and poked out too much.

I sold em.

Still havent got any wheels for my Z :shakes head:
