Not to mention a good set of tires is easily going to take up 1/3rd if not 1/2 of your budget unless you skimp on tires. But again, all of this comes down to exactly what you're planning to do with the car. If it will never see a track or even rarely an intense canyon, then you can afford to do so. But the ends need to justify the means so that only you know... Honestly, I would say in your position... the best advice I could offer is to find yourself either a set of the Sport Package wheels or Nism0 wheels and get those Powder Coated black. Several members have done this on a Mag Black Z and it looks sweet. And you'll be inside your 2k budget. Win/Win.
