After about 30 minutes on Google looking up "wheel hub failures" I seem to only find people in larger vehicles using like 2"+ spacers that seem to have issues, and

After about 30 minutes on Google looking up "wheel hub failures" I seem to only find people in larger vehicles using like 2"+ spacers that seem to have issues, and on top of that it was likely operator error (not tightening and rechecking). H&R even advertises their spacers as adding safety to your vehicle along with better handling... If they knew of possible failure, they'd be pretty stupid to say that.
