As far as tire width is concerned, you could easily mount 245s on the front and 265/275s on the rear as there are a few members currently running that tire

As far as tire width is concerned, you could easily mount 245s on the front and 265/275s on the rear as there are a few members currently running that tire setup on base 18s. For the most part, the more tire contact with the ground you have, the more grip you will have. There is not a whole lot of bulge and those tire widths are within safe limits for mounting on the base wheels.
I can't be too helpful on the tire choice though, sorry!
