350z/370z = Same Wheel Studs?

Yes the thread pitch and diameter is the same, but you have to pay careful attention to the studs knurl length and diameter where it presses into the hub, this is the most critical part! A different thread would be ok because you can solve that with new lugs!

Probably should have read into that first post about the ARP studs. I do remember something about the knurl length between the threads and the "backstop" of the stud that was an issue. Some people were reporting bolt shearing problems.

Maybe Z1 Motorsports can assist you a little. On their site they show bolts for the 370Z. You can inquire on what brand they are, if anything, maybe they can point you in the right direction:
